Spell Book

Working with the Harry Potter theme currently buzzing around our household,

I made this crocodile skin Spell Book for my daughter's birthday.

Using a coptic stitch binding and a fake leather cover.

Commission: Birthday Portrait

"We received today your beautiful illustration for Zachary.  He was absolutely delighted.  It's even more beautiful in person.  The colours are so vivid." Tuan

Commission: Three girls...

A fun set of birth announcements now complete, for three girls with family ties to Kenya.

"Thanks Harriet...I was delighted to see the end result: thank you so very much.  We will now frame it and hang it above the other two:  you have no idea how much it means to us and particularly to me, 3rd child of 3 who rarely got what my brothers had received.  So, the drawing closes a big equity gap, yey! Thanks again." Emanuel

Commission: Wedding Portrait for Kate & George

"Thanks for a wonderful item which we'll treasure!" Kate

Commission: A Leaving Portrait for Jane

"I am totally knocked out by the picture.  The details and information that the girls gave you is spot on for my best memories of the past few years and that you managed to combine them into such a satisfying and funny picture is brilliant.

I keep on going back to it and remembering things that happened and the friends I was with.....with a daft smile on my face.  It makes me happy! Thank you so much." Jane
